당사는 한국계 IT 업체로서 사세의 확장에 따른 HR 메니저를 구하고 있습니다.
Main Responsibility Details
• Act as a communication channel between HQ HR team and the US subsidiaries
• Provide guidance and counsel to employees relative to policy administration and interpretation
• Recommend, develop and implement employee relations practices to foster a positive employer-employee relationship
and support the overall effectiveness of the organization
• Implement Talent Management and Development Process & System
• HRIS maintenance and update employee roster
• Serve as a link between departments and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping
resolve work-related problems.
• HR documentation
• Monitor, manage timecard and related policy
• Administer, handle vendors, agencies (Recruiting, payroll, benefit, HRIS)
• Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or relevant field required
• At least 6+ years’ experience working in HR background experience required
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Must have excellent work ethics, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job
done, especially when important deadlines cause greater than normal departmental pressures.
• Experience working with Korean based company a plus
