Covington, GA 에 위치한 물류회사에서 Staffing Coordinator / Operation 관리, 해주실 겸직을 구합니다.

Main Responsibilities
- Ensure adequate level of employees are hired and working.
- Ensure adequate level of candidates are in wait list.
- Maintain client’s satisfaction by ensuring adequate level of staffing
- Establishes an effective and efficient working relationship with plant management
- Source candidate by advertising the job
- Interview candidates and make the hiring decision
- Complete employee onboarding documentation
- Ensure staffing employees are punctual
- Respond to clients, customers, and employee inquiries
- Ensure employee documents are compliant with government laws and regulations
- Pay employees
- Operation problem solving
- Achieve high work efficiency through conducting proper training

Requirements
- Bilingual in Korean and English (need fluent English)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PP, Word, Excel)
- Initiative, flexibility, and adaptability.

Salary: $ 60,000.00
