Job description
Under the direction of the Store or Corporate Manager, ensure the store team performs a variety of tasks specific to the successful operation following the prescribed guidelines for service.

Role and Responsibilities
Ensures customer satisfaction with mochinut experience
Ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards
Ensures all crew members follow company sanitary and safety procedures
Handles customer complaints, and resolves issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner
Ensure crew members perform daily duties and tasks according to the assignments by you or the Store Manager.
Manage inventory and supplies. Communicate with HQ when necessary

Salary
$16 per hour
