안녕하세요, 저희 고객사인 한국 대기업 1차 협력사(2차 전지 제조 협력사) 에서 다음과 같이 인사기획매니저 (HR Planning Manager)를 구인하고 있습니다. 저희 고객사는 현재 조지아 커머스에 제 1 공장을 통해 재충전 가능한 배터리를 위한 전해질 및 고기능성 첨가제의 개발과 제조를 전문으로 하는 글로벌 리더 기업입니다. 2012년 한국에서 설립되었으며 2세대 전기차를 위한 전해질의 세계 최초 상용화를 이끌었습니다. 한국, 중국, 폴란드, 헝가리, 미국에 공장을 두고 있으며 리튬 배터리 혁신을 선도하고 있습니다. 현재 미국에서 더욱 큰 성장을 위해 여러 직책에서 채용중이오니 많은 지원 부탁드립니다.
직책: 인사기획매니저 (HR Planning Manager)
주요업무:
- 미국법인의 인력수급 전략수립 및 실행
- 제조업 특성에 맞는 중·장기 HR 운영전략 기획
- 외부채용 플랫폼, 헤드헌팅 업체등과의 협업방안 제안 및 관리
- 채용, 교육, 평가, 보상등 HR 제도기획및개선
- 본사(한국) 및 해외법인과의 인사커뮤니케이션 및 조율
- 미국 현지채용 직원의 비자발급, 갱신, 상태관리 및 법적 컴플라이언스 보장
- 한국본사직원의미국출장및장기주재에따른비자전략수립, 처리, 리스크관리
- 비자관련 법률·정책 변경사항 모니터링 및 대응, 관련부서 및 외부법률 자문사와의 협력
자격요건:
- 학사이상 (경영, HR, 산업공학등관련전공우대)
- 한국어 및 영어능통 (영어 Native 수준필수)
- 미국내 HR/채용/인사기획 경험자 우대
- 글로벌·다문화 환경에서 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력 보유

Our customer company, the U.S. subsidiary of ****** Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ listed), is a fast-growing global leader in battery electrolyte manufacturing. Headquartered in Commerce, Georgia, we are at the forefront of supplying essential materials to the booming EV and energy storage industries.
Position: HR Planning Manager
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic HR Planning Manager to join our team. This role will play a key part in building it's workforce strategy, aligning HR systems with global standards, and ensuring compliance in a rapidly scaling manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute workforce supply strategies for the U.S. subsidiary.
- Plan medium- to long-term HR operational strategies tailored to the manufacturing industry.
- Propose and manage collaboration strategies with external recruitment platforms and headhunting firms.
- Design and improve HR systems related to recruitment, training, evaluation, and compensation.
- Facilitate HR communication and coordination with headquarters (Korea) and overseas subsidiaries.
- Ensure visa issuance, renewal, status management, and legal compliance for locally hired employees in the U.S.
- Establish, process, and manage visa strategies for Korean headquarters employees on business trips and long-term assignments in the U.S., including risk management.
- Monitor and respond to changes in visa-related laws and policies, collaborating with relevant departments and external legal advisors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in Business Administration, HR, Industrial Engineering, or related fields).
- Proficient in both Korean and English (native-level English proficiency required).
- Preferred candidates will have experience in HR, recruitment, or HR planning within the U.S.
- Strong communication skills in a global and multicultural environment.
