주문 처리부터 고객 응대까지 풀타임 E-commerce 주문 처리 & 고객 서비스 담당자를 찾고 있습니다.

 

모집 직책:

E-commerce Fulfillment & Customer Service Associate

 

근무지:

Duluth, GA

 

근무 시간:

월요일~금요일, 오전 7:30 ~ 오후 4:30

 

근무 시작일:

즉시 근무 가능

 

주요 업무:

• 온라인 주문 상품의 피킹, 패킹 및 출고 업무
• 배송 라벨 출력 및 UPS, USPS, FedEx 등 운송사 소통
• 고객 문의 대응 및 CS 관리 (이메일, 채팅 등)
• 재고 관리 및 상품 포장/출고 지원
• 반품/교환/환불 처리
• 창고 내 일상 업무 지원

자격 요건:

• 이커머스 주문 처리 또는 고객 서비스 경험자 우대
• 영어로 원활한 의사소통 가능
• 꼼꼼하고 문제 해결 능력 우수
• 기본 컴퓨터 및 주문 관리 시스템 활용 가능
• 30파운드(약 13kg)까지 물품 취급 가능
• 미국 내 근무 자격 필수

Hiring: E-commerce Fulfillment & Customer Service Associate (Full-Time)

 

Company Overview:
We are a growing e-commerce company specializing in anime figures, dolls, costumes, and plush items.
We are seeking a full-time E-commerce Fulfillment & Customer Service Associate to manage online order processing and provide professional, organized customer support.

Position:

E-commerce Fulfillment & Customer Service Associate

Location:

Duluth, GA

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Start Date:

Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and prepare online orders for shipment
• Print shipping labels and manage carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.)
• Respond to customer inquiries via email
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds
• Support daily warehouse operations

Qualifications:

• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment or customer service preferred
• Strong English communication skills
• Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with order management systems
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs (≈13 kg)
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
