We need a general office administrative assistant who is a quick learner, detail-oriented, able to take on multiple tasks, organized, and efficient.
Office Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:
Supports company operations by maintaining office systems.
Assist in general office administrative jobs and tasks.
Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures.
Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends.
Office Administrator Qualifications / Skills:
Organization
Attention to detail
Research and Reporting
Multi-tasking
Quick-learner
Typing 50 WPM
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Previous experience preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office software--Word, Excel
Quickbooks proficient
Details:
Hours: Full-time; MON - FRI 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Location: Suwanee, GA
Experience: Entry Level or Experienced
Benefits: Medical (Health, Dental, Vision) Insurance, Paid Vacation, Meal Allowance, 401K
Salary: Negotiable
Requirements: English and Korean bilingual preferred, Similar field experience of 2+ years preferred
