Summary
We are hiring for an IT Support specialist. The IT Support specialist installs, maintains, and analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs personal computer systems and laptops related hardware components and computer peripherals, and personal computer software applications and operating systems. You will also document, maintain, upgrade or replace hardware and software systems. The IT Support specialist also provides end-user technical support and training, Help Desk task management, and IT customer service.

Job Duties
Provide PC and laptop hardware support, including installations, relocations, and upgrades
Provide necessary desktop application support and deployment
Responsible for creating and maintaining user login, group access and security records
Provide necessary user training on network and desktop applications
Provide additional technical support services, such as videoconference meetings, desktop phone support, network cabling and connectivity, etc.
Maintain IT asset inventory and configuration documentation on personal computers
Create and maintain documentation and desktop instructions for all routinely performed tasks
Other duties as assigned.

Skills
Extensive PC hardware experience (ability to build, diagnose, and repair computers, strong troubleshooting skills)
Advanced knowledge of installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting current versions of Windows and OSX
Basic to intermediate knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS< DHCP)
0-2 year’s minimum experience in a Corporate IT environment

Requirements
0-2 year’s minimum experience in a Corporate IT environment
Bilingual Korean and English

Work Hours
9 AM – 6 PM
Monday – Friday
