IT Help Desk Position ($40K-48K)

Responsibilities:

Install hardware upgrades or repair hardware issues.
Maintenance on Ceres, Nabicon, WMS, and other Company software that Users may need support affected by software maintenance.
Troubleshoot software issues involving setting configurations.
Set up PCs for new hires.
Configure, install, and help troubleshoot repairs for printers.
Handle Network, User, Equipment Inventory List and Assessments.
Help with office structural plans which may include expanding office features involving computers, cords, power lines, Ethernet lines, etc.
Network Controller – Access Network controls and do back-end support/maintenance.
Help set up and install NEC phones for new hires.
Reconfigure, reroute, and reconstruct wiring of Ethernet cables and phone lines when necessary.
Programming experience recommended.
Any html or javascript experience would be beneficial.
Should be knowledgeable in Windows 7, Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2010.
Install and repair PDAs for Warehouse users.
