We're looking for a Performant Scheduling Coordinator to plan and manage daily operations of our company. The scheduling coordinator should be comfortable taking ownership of multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple competing priorities and communicating clearly with the team. Ideal candidates will have experience with scheduling, logistics and operations management in a multi-faceted company where good communication is a top priority.

Responsibilities:

Operate the equipment and systems required to keep the office running.
Assist other team members when they need assistance.
Be well groomed and neat in appearance.
Be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Continually monitor and make adjustments to ensure that team goals are met with respect to production and quality of final product.
Assist team members as needed; monitor their time sheets for accuracy, and address any issues in a timely manner.
