JOB SUMMARY
Warehousing responsibilities include, but not limited to, receiving, inspection, packing, and shipping.
POSITION FUNCTIONS
• Daily reporting to confirm existing procurement work orders are on track to be executed in accordance with normal processes and procedures
• Resolve issues and conflicts related to all merchandise purchased
• Processing of all documents related to receiving and shipping and providing backup to other process functions as well as operational duties
• Warehouse operations (receiving, inspection, stocking, packing preparation, packaging, marking, document preparation, unloading and loading)
• Ensure all packaging meets company standards
• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities with freight companies
• Perform cycle counting and stock verification
REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to communicate both verbally and through writing in a professional, courteous and knowledgeable manner
• Capacity to prioritize tasks according to deadlines and urgency and complete them in a timely and professional manner
• Demonstrated ability to be a team player capable of building long-term relationships with customers and co-workers
• At times, must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Must be eligible to work legally in the United States
