Job Description
- Planning, organizing, controlling, and coordinating all aspects of the projects sold or given to the project manager.
- Scheduling jobs based on the schedule provided by the general contractor and the capabilities of the available resources.
- Managing the necessary administrative records and controls to protect the interests of the corporation and the customer, to include prompt and accurate submittals, shop drawings and close out materials.
- Resolving customer concerns and complaints in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Coordinating the efficient use and allocation of the co-op's time.
- Working with suppliers on pricing, performance, reliability, and availability.
- Evaluation of vendor and subcontractor proposal to ensure compliance with the job requirements and specifications.
- Coordinate inspections to ensure all project schedules are met.
- Manage projects while performing other mentoring duties.
- Create and maintain financial reporting data to share the the Group Manager to assess team's progress.
