Position Title: Onsite Specialist

Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Work as a liaison between onsite production associates and the offsite recruiters
Collect necessary documents such as contractors’ timesheets and managers’ approvals
Create a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and safety in the workforce
Promote safety and usage of PPE gear as well as follow all safety guidelines
Support onsite operations by managing production associates (attire, violation, penalty tickets, attendance, work ethics, etc.)
Work closely with on-site management; create daily reports and schedule meetings to stay on top of the business needs

Qualifications:

0-5 years of related experience, preferably in a staffing agency or manufacturing plant
Associate’s degree required
Bilingual Korean and English
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Yearly Salary: $55K~$65
