The Human Resource Generalist will be involved with the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, processing unemployment, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Respond to employee and supervisor inquiries about HR policies and procedures.
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
Respond to employee relations matters such as employee complaints, Unemployment benefit processing, harassment allegations, ADA accommodations, and Title VII allegations.
Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Assist with policy and process development.
Maintain knowledge of employment regulations and assist in the implementation of compliance requirements.
Perform a wide range of duties relative to the maintenance and processing of personnel records and reports.
Maintain high standards of confidentiality of all employee records and information.

Work Hour
Monday ~ Friday
9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM
Benefits
