2. Job description

• Provide assistance to planning managers with document processing using MS office tools, contacting contractors via phone and email.
• Provide assistance with data entry, various reports, managing documents (arranging, sorting, and filing).
• Manage monthly invoices of subcontractors’ payments.
• Monitor and manage invoices of site expenses.
• Order necessary items for running site office.

 

Qualifications/Desired Skills
• Must be proficient with MS Office.
• Fluency in Korean is a plus.
• Experiences in the construction industry preferred.
• Autocad skills preferred.

 

Job Type: Full-time
