Qualification:
Bilingual in English/Korean,
Bachelor's Degree,
Engineering Degree or Equivalent Experience desired


PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Completing daily task which assigned by Quality manager
Performing tear down Compressor from field or line failure for root cause analysis.
Operate Multi Test and tear down equipment  to perform root cause analysis
Complete root cause analysis and review with quality manage and report to the customers.     
Leading periodical quality meeting with customer 
Customer Claim management
Quality index management (LRR & FRR)
Leading /supporting Quality manager to solve the critical field failure or line  issue with US QA / HQ
Periodical customer visit for quality meeting and technical support
Follow up critical quality issue with HQ
Performing routine maintenance on lab equipment.
