Position: HR Specialist

Location: Duluth, GA (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Based on Experience

<Key Responsibilities>

Global Mobility & Visa Support

• Coordinate visa and work authorization processes (E-2, H-1B, J-1, STEM OPT, L-1, Green Card) with immigration attorneys and HQ HR teams.
• Maintain accurate and current records for visa holders, ensuring compliance with U.S. regulations and company policies.
• Guide international employees on relocation, visa renewals, and required documentation.

Administrative and General Affairs Support

• Manage employee records while maintaining confidentiality and following company and legal guidelines.
• Oversee office operations such as business card issuance, office supply management, and vendor coordination.
• Support company housing and relocation arrangements for international staff and transferees.
• Handle business travel planning and related reimbursement processing.
• Prepare employment verification letters and assist with employee documentation requests.
• Support internal communication, meeting scheduling, and company event coordination as needed.

<Qualifications and Requirements>

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, administrative support, or general affairs.
• Experience with immigration or visa processes preferred.
• Familiarity with HR systems (for example, ADP Workforce Now, SharePoint, or similar platforms) is a plus.

Skills

• Solid understanding of HR and administrative operations within the U.S.
• Excellent organizational and bilingual communication skills (English and Korean).
• High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities at once.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
• Must have valid work authorization in the United States.
