Lawrenceville-based law firm seeking a personable, high-energy, detail-oriented individual to work as a full-time/part-time legal assistant. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, have good organizational skills, be able to prioritize and multi-task, and possess good written & communication skill in both Korean & English and computer skills with Microsoft Office. They also need to learn substantial legal drafting work involving the recognition and evaluation of the cases, organization skills, analysis of clients’ needs, and communication of relevant facts and legal concepts with attorneys.
Prior experience as a legal assistance is preferred, be we are more focused on finding someone with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

- Requirement
• Good written & Communication Skill in both Korean & English
• Computer Skill – Excel, PPT, Word, etc
• Hourly Rate: $15 ~ $20
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's (Required)
• Bilingual (Korean, English; required)
• May sponsor H-1 Visa
Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to lawyer and enhance office effectiveness
• Handle communication with clients, attorneys, etc.
• Draft basic legal documents and correspondence
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Marketing for seminars and appointments
Skills:
• Computer literacy: Word and Excel
• Proficiency in English and Korean
• Excellent secretarial and organizational skills
• Ability to juggle multiple activities
• Job Type: Part-time leading to Full-time
