Jinsung is the world’s leading provider of undercarriage parts and hydrogen fuel cell parts and offers Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) service to adapt to the diverse needs of the market. Jinsung America, Inc. represents the United States distribution network for the parent company based in South Korea. We are currently hiring for a part-time employee for the open position in Accounting Team in Flowery Branch, GA

[Responsibilities]
• Involves monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Maintains an organized set of detailed records and data to document financial transactions.
• Compiles and sorts documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions.
• Verifies and posts details of business transactions, such as funds received and disbursed, and totals accounts to ledgers.
• Prepares vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records, and reviews for accuracy.
• Reconciles general ledger accounts with various registers.
• Extracts general ledger information.
• Compiles cost reports and revenue and balance sheets.
• Reconciles bank statements daily.

[Requirements]
• Prior Accounting experience plus
• Analytical Excel  and QuickBooks experience plus
• Eligible to receivable W2 or 1099

[Work Schedule]

• Mon-Friday flexible hours expecting 20-30 working hours per week
• Hourly rate will be determined based on qualification and overtime paid in compliance with GA hour and wage law
