Logistics (Senior) Coordinator @ Duluth, GA

Title: Logistic Operation Staff

Condition: 1 year + extension or direct hire

Location: Duluth, GA

Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm (subject to be changed)

Benefits: Medical / Vision / Dental / PTO (After 90 days)

 

Key Responsibility: 

Documentation Management

        

Prepare, review, and maintain all shipping and receiving documents (BOLs, packing lists, invoices, PODs, etc.).

   

       

Ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory documentation requirements.

    

         

Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and physical) for all logistics-related records.

        

Communication & Coordination

        

Act as the primary point of contact between the warehouse team and customers for logistics documentation and service updates.

       

        

Coordinate with warehouse staff to track shipments, resolve discrepancies, and provide timely updates to customers.

      

         

Support issue resolution by escalating and following up on documentation errors, delivery exceptions, or claims.

         

Invoicing & Financial Support

         

Generate, verify, and process logistics-related invoices in alignment with contractual agreements.

     

         

Communicate billing details to customers and internal finance teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

       

         

Assist in resolving discrepancies in billing, payments, and supporting claims processes.

       

Qualifications:

        

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field preferred.

        

         

2+ years of experience in logistics coordination, supply chain operations, or customer service (warehousing experience a plus).

       

         

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

    

        

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for cross-team and customer interactions.

       

         

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

      

         

Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems preferred.

   

        

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

        

         

Bilingual Korean/English is preferred.

주요 업무 (Key Responsibilities):

문서 관리 (Documentation Management)

         

선하증권(B/L), 패킹리스트, 인보이스, 인수증(POD) 등 입·출고 및 배송 관련 문서 작성, 검토 및 관리

       

         

회사 내부 규정, 고객 요구사항 및 관련 법규에 따른 문서 준수 여부 관리

       

       

물류 관련 문서의 전산 및 오프라인 파일 체계적 관리

         

커뮤니케이션 및 협업 (Communication & Coordination)

         

물류 문서 및 서비스 진행 상황과 관련하여 창고 운영팀과 고객 간 주요 커뮤니케이션 창구 역할 수행

  

        

창고 현장과 협업하여 화물 이동 현황 추적, 수량·문서 불일치 사항 확인 및 조정

  

         

문서 오류, 배송 지연, 클레임 등 이슈 발생 시 보고 및 후속 조치 지원

         

청구 및 재무 지원 (Invoicing & Financial Support)

         

계약 조건에 부합하는 물류 관련 비용 청구서(인보이스) 생성, 검토 및 처리

     

        

고객 및 내부 재무팀과의 커뮤니케이션을 통해 청구 내역의 정확성 및 적시성 확보

              

청구 오류, 결제 이슈 및 클레임 처리 과정 지원

         

자격 요건 (Qualifications):

         

경영학, 물류, 공급망 관리 또는 관련 전공 학사 학위 소지자 우대

              

물류 코디네이션, 공급망 운영 또는 고객 서비스 관련 경력 2년 이상 (창고 근무 경험자 우대)

                

체계적인 업무 관리 능력 및 세밀한 업무 처리 능력 보유자

                

부서 간 및 고객과의 원활한 의사소통이 가능한 커뮤니케이션 역량 보유자

                

MS Office(Excel, Word, Outlook) 활용 가능자

 

ERP/WMS 시스템 사용 경험자 우대       

         

빠르게 변화하는 업무 환경에서 복수의 업무를 동시에 수행할 수 있는 분    

         

한국어·영어 이중언어 가능자 우대
