Site Manager – A1 Construction Group, Inc.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations for industrial construction projects
• Coordinate a contractor, suppliers, and field personnel
• Monitor construction progress and support schedule execution
• Enforce safety procedures and company standards
• Address field issues and communicate updates to project leadership
• Maintain accurate site records and project-related documentation
• Attend and lead regular meetings with the cooperating company at the job site

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday work may be required as needed

Location

• Out-of-state project assignments (e.g., Virginia, Indiana, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, etc.)

Qualifications

• Experience in construction site management or field supervision preferred
• Experience in industrial projects preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English required
• Fluent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to travel and work at remote project locations
• Professional attitude and strong sense of responsibility
