Job Description: We are seeking a bilingual (Korean & English) friendly, organized, and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our new acupuncture clinic in Duluth GA. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a warm welcoming environment, while efficiently managing administrative tasks.  Your proactive approach and communication skills will help streamline daily operations, support patient care, and uphold the clinic’s professional standards. Job Title:                    Front Desk Receptionist –
Employment Type:   Part-time: Tues & Thurs: 10am - 6pm, lunch: 1 hour

Location:                    Good for Life Integrative Health Center - Duluth, GA. 

Pay:                            $17 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

·      Greet patients and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor, creating a positive first impression

·      Manage patient check-in and check-out processes

·      Handle phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette, providing information scheduling appointments 

·      Perform general administrative tasks and maintain an organized front desk area

·      Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and clinical staff

·      Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming clinic environment, including preparing treatment rooms between patients and light upkeep of shared spaces

·      Follow clinic procedures carefully and provide reliable support to practitioners as needed 

·      Contribute to a calm, respectful, and team-oriented atmosphere for patients and staff

Qualifications:

·        Punctual

·       Bilingual in Korean & English (Conversational will do)

·      Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor

·      Flexible team player with a supportive attitude and willingness to follow directions

·      Comfortable using computers and office systems (training provided if needed)

·      Strong communication and customer service skills

·      Organized and detail-oriented

·      Reception or healthcare experience preferred (not required)

● 전화 응대, 예약 일정 관리 및 환자 문의 대응
● 기본 행정 업무 수행 및 접수 데스크 정리·관리
● 환자 및 의료진과 명확하고 전문적인 의사소통
● 환자 진료 후 치료실 정돈 및 공용 공간의 간단한 정리 등, 쾌적하고

   편안한 진료 환경 유지 지원
● 병원 운영 지침을 성실히 준수하고, 의료진 업무를 신뢰성 있게 보조
● 환자와 직원 모두를 위한 차분하고 존중하는 팀 분위기 조성

지원 자격:

● 한국어와 영어 이중 언어 구사

● 친절하고 밝으며 전문적인 태도
● 유연한 팀워크 능력과 지시에 협조적으로 따르는 자세
● 컴퓨터 및 기본 사무 시스템 사용 가능자 우대 (필요시 교육 제공)
● 우수한 의사소통 능력 및 고객 서비스 마인드
● 체계적이고 시간 약속을 잘 지키며 꼼꼼한 성격
● 접수 업무 또는 의료기관 근무 경험 우대 (필수 아님)
