Contract Period: 1yr. + extension or direct hire opportunity

Working Location: Duluth, GA

Work Hours: 8:30am ~ 5:30pm  

Person in needed: 2

Responsibilities: 

Manage full-cycle international and domestic logistics operations (FTL, LTL, Ocean, Air and others)

Coordinate with warehouses to ensure accurate cargo receiving, storage, and dispatch

Arrange and track transportation schedules with trucking and shipping carriers

Prepare and verify commercial documents (BL, AWB, BOL, invoice, packing list, etc.) for compliance and accuracy

Handle billing processes including issuing invoices (A/R) and verifying vendor invoices (A/P)

Monitor and analyze job profit and loss (P&L) to ensure margin targets are met

Conduct settlement processes and ensure timely closing of shipments

Maintain accurate records in internal TMS/ERP systems

Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal management to resolve issues promptly

Support problem resolution related to delivery, damage, or loss

  

Requirements/Qualifications: 

1–5 years of relevant experience in logistics operations preferred

Familiarity with warehouse/transportation coordination, import/export procedures, customs

Bilingual in Korean and English preferred

High school GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Strong written and verbal communication, customer engagement, and problem-solving skills

Self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling high-pressure environments

국내 및 국제 물류 전반 운영 관리 (FTL, LTL, 해상, 항공 등)

창고와 협력하여 화물 입·출고 및 보관 관리

트럭 및 선사/항공사와 운송 일정 조율 및 추적 관리

BL, AWB, BOL, Invoice, Packing List 등 상업 서류 작성 및 검토

매출(A/R) 인보이스 발행 및 매입(A/P) 인보이스 검증 등 정산 업무

프로젝트 손익(P&L) 관리 및 마진 목표 달성 모니터링

선적 건 마감 및 정산 프로세스 수행

내부 TMS/ERP 시스템 데이터 정확성 유지

고객사, 벤더 및 내부 부서와 원활한 커뮤니케이션

배송 지연, 파손, 분실 등 문제 발생 시 대응 및 해결 지원

자격 요건 (Requirements / Qualifications)

물류 운영 관련 경력 1~5년 우대

창고 및 운송 관리, 수출입 및 통관 절차 이해자

한국어·영어 이중언어 가능자 우대

고등학교 졸업(GED) 이상 필수, 학사 학위 소지자 우대

MS Office 활용 능력 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

우수한 문서 작성 및 커뮤니케이션 능력

고객 응대 및 문제 해결 능력 보유자

책임감 있고 체계적으로 업무 수행 가능하며, 업무 강도가 높은 환경에서도 대응 가능자
