Job Title: Operation coordinator

Contract: 1 year + extension or direct hire

Location: Duluth, TX

Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

경영 보고 및 리더십 지원

• 경영진 검토용 보고서 및 성과 요약 자료 작성

• 그룹 리더 및 세일즈 팀 리더의 일상 업무 및 주요 프로젝트 지원

• 매출 실적 추적, 수익 분석 및 비즈니스 리포트 작성 지원

고객 응대 및 운임 견적

• 고객 문의 및 서비스 요청에 신속 대응

• 운임 견적 및 가격 제안서 작성

• 운임 협상 및 계약 관련 문서 업무 지원

인사이드 세일즈 및 고객 계정 관리

• 기존 및 잠재 고객 대상 인사이드 세일즈 활동 수행

• CRM 시스템 및 세일즈 데이터베이스 관리 및 업데이트

• 세일즈 파이프라인 진행 상황 추적 및 리드/기회 후속 관리

고객 클레임 대응 및 내부 업무 지원

• 고객 불만 사항 접수 및 해결 과정 팔로업

• 관련 부서와 협업하여 이슈의 신속한 해결 지원

• 세일즈 오더 및 선적 관련 내부 운영 업무 지원

부서 간 협업 (세일즈 & 운영)

• 세일즈팀과 운영팀 간 커뮤니케이션 조율

• Pricing, Legal, Finance 팀과의 계약 및 비즈니스 케이스 협업

• 부서 간 프로젝트 및 신규 비즈니스 실행 지원

세일즈 자료 및 손익(P&L) 분석

• 제안서, 프레젠테이션, 리포트 등 세일즈 자료 준비 지원

• Excel을 활용한 P&L 시뮬레이션 및 수익성 분석

• 가격 전략 검토 및 마진 분석 지원

시장 조사 및 사업 개발 지원

• 잠재 고객 및 산업 동향 파악을 위한 시장 조사 수행

• 파트너십 개발 및 신규 비즈니스 기회 발굴 지원

• 고객 미팅 및 비즈니스 개발 활동 준비 지원

행정 및 프로세스 개선 지원

• 세일즈 및 운영팀의 일상 행정 및 운영 업무 지원

• 내부 업무 프로세스 및 생산성 개선 활동 지원

• 고객 만족도 및 서비스 효율 향상을 위한 업무 지원

자격 요건:

물류 운영, 세일즈 지원 또는 사업 개발 지원 관련 경력 3년 이하 (신입 지원 가능)

물류, 경영학, 공급망 관리, 마케팅 또는 관련 전공 학사 학위

영어/한국어 의사소통 능력 (문서 및 회화) 필수

뛰어난 조직력 및 멀티태스킹 능력

우수한 커뮤니케이션 및 대인관계 능력

Microsoft Office(Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 활용 능력 필수, CRM(Salesforce 등) 사용 경험 우대

자기주도적이며 팀워크가 가능하고 빠른 업무 환경에 대한 적응력 보유

물류 산업에 대한 지식 습득 의지 보유

Operation Coordinator (Inside Logistics Sales Support) @ Duluth, GA

Responsibilities:

1. Management Reporting & Leadership Support

Prepare reports and performance summaries for management review

Support the Group Leader and Sales Team Leader in daily tasks and strategic initiatives

Assist in sales performance tracking, revenue analysis, and business reporting

2. Customer Response & Pricing Quotation

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests

Prepare freight rate quotations and pricing proposals

Support rate negotiations and contract-related documentation

3. Inside Sales & Customer Account Management

Conduct inside sales activities for existing and potential customers

Manage and update CRM systems and sales databases

Track sales pipeline progress and follow up on leads and opportunities

4. Customer Complaint Handling & Internal Job Support

Follow up on customer complaints and coordinate resolutions

Communicate with relevant departments to ensure timely issue resolution

Support internal operational tasks related to sales orders and shipments

5. Cross-Functional Coordination (Sales & Operations)

Coordinate communication between Sales and Operations teams

Collaborate with Pricing, Legal, and Finance teams on business cases and contracts

Support cross-departmental projects and new business implementation

6. Sales Materials & P&L Analysis

Assist in preparing sales materials, proposals, presentations, and reports

Conduct P&L simulations and profitability analysis using Excel

Support pricing strategy evaluation and margin analysis

7. Market Research & Business Development Support

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends

Support partnership development and new business opportunities

Assist in organizing client meetings and business development activities

8. Administrative & Process Improvement Support

Provide daily administrative and operational support to Sales and Operations teams

Contribute to improving internal workflows and productivity

Support initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency
