Position:
Freight Forwarding Operation Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Prepare air/ocean export documentation (MB/L instruction, MAWB, HB/L or HAWB, manifest, invoices, delivery orders, reports).
• Research competitive rates and pricing to optimize profitability.
• Track, trace, and update shipment statuses daily; follow up on inquiries.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, agents, and co-workers.
• Manage A/R, A/P billing and report Profit & Loss in a timely manner.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least one year of experience in domestic/international import/export operations preferred.
• Knowledge: Understanding of supply chain processes, challenges, and solutions.
• Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and calculations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Languages: Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Korean is preferred.
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
• Work Authorization: Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.

• Monday – Friday (Full-time)
