■ Title :  Director of Sales
■ 연봉 : $110K-$140K/year (+Bonus : 10-25%)
■ 근무지역 :
– Los Angeles, CA

■ 업무내용 :
-Define, execute, and optimize sales and operational strategies to drive team performance and achieve targets
-Own key US retail accounts (Pitch brands , Communicate& Negotiate terms with retail partners)
- Drive revenue growth through sell-in, sell-through, and promotions- by working closely with CEO and CGO
- Build and manage demand forecasts and inventory planning  - Issue and manage purchase orders with brand partners ( brand partners are mostly based In Korea )
- Draft purchase contract with brand partners in Korea - Identify and open new retail channels
- Make decisions on pricing, assortment, and strategy
- Lead and scale a small but growing US team- hiring and managing teams

■ 자격요건 :
-A leader of 8~10+ years in retail sales in beauty, CPG or retail
-Proven track record of driving revenue and growing retail accounts
-Great communication skills, managing relationships with senior merchandisers of major retailers
-Strong existing relationships with US retail buyers or ability to quickly open doors
-Experience managing multiple brands or channels
-Highly hands-on execution focused, Data and commercial driven
-Strong business judgement and ownership mindset
-who does not mind working in a startup environment
-Korean language skill (nice to have. not mandatory)


■ Title : Retail Operation Manager(B2B)
■ 연봉 : $70K-$85K/year
■ 근무지역 :
– Los Angeles, CA
■ 업무내용 :
1. Purchase Order Processing & Management (EDI )
- Receive and process purchase orders from B2B retail partners (i.e. Target, Sephora, CVS, etc.)
- Validate and manage order-related EDI data (e.g., SPS Commerce)
- Accurately enter and update order information in internal systems
- Manage recurring shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery coordination
2. Inventory & Storage Management
- Monitor inventory levels consistently through WMS systems
- Collaborate closely with the SCM team in Korea to forecast and plan inventory
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the LA Distribution Center
- Assist with shipment planning, adjustments, and issue resolution
- Support logistics operations tied to promotions, launches, and campaigns
3. Data & Reporting
- Create, maintain, and analyze reports related to purchase orders, inventory, and order status
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
4. Partner Communication
- Communicate with retail partners and internal sales teams to support operational needs
- Troubleshoot and coordinate resolutions for EDI-related issues
5. Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies in recurring workflows and data processes
- Proactively suggest and implement improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency

■ 자격요건 :
- 2–3 years of experience in retail sales/ operations, logistics, within a beauty brand CPG or brokerage house (strongly preferred)
- Managed Target account (Strongly Preferred), including PO processing and inventory forecast and management.
- Strong interest in and passion for the beauty industry
- Experience with EDI systems (e.g., SPS Commerce)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (comfortable working with large datasets)
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and organization
- Comfortable with repetitive data entry, validation, and system-based workflows
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams
- Background in logistics, retail operations, customer service, or office administration is a plus
