1) Position: AP/AR (Suwanee, GA)

2) 자격조건
     • 미국 취업에 결격사유가 없으신분
     • 이중언어 필수(Bilingual Korean/English)
     • Microsoft Office(Excel, word) 사용 가능하신 분
     • Accounting Background가 있으신 분

     • 건설회사 3년이상 경력 또는 초보 지원가능

4) Key Responsibilities

• Process and review invoices for accuracy and appropriate documentation.
• Manage pay applications, ensuring timely and accurate submission and processing.
• Maintain vendor files and handle vendor inquiries.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in month-end closing and accruals.
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all accounts payable transactions.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.
• Collaborate and assist other departments to ensure efficient workflow and accuracy.
