일상 업무 (Day to Day Tasks)

 

• 한국어 가능자(이중 언어 구사 / 유창한 한국어 필수)
• 현장소장들과 회의 진행
• 일일 작업을 위한 인원 및 팀 배정
• 모든 작업이 5 Points 및 정부 기준에 맞고, 전문적이고 효율적으로 수행되도록 인원 감독
• 프로젝트 진행 상황을 프로젝트 매니저와 효과적으로 소통
• 자재 관리 (정시에 도착, 체계적인 정리 및 보관, 손실 방지, 작업 효율 극대화)
• 프로젝트 운영에 필요한 모든 사항을 현장소장에게 지원
• 작업자 성과 지속적으로 파악 및 관리
• GC(종합건설사) 및 타 공종과 프로젝트 진행 상황 소통
• 기술을 활용하여 커뮤니케이션 및 업무 효율 향상
• 프로젝트 재무 관련 업무 처리
• 현장 방문 수행
• 서브미탈(Submittal) 작성
• 프로젝트 장기 계획 수립
• 변경 주문(Change Order) 처리
• 품질 관리 및 검사 수행
• 5 Points 안전 매뉴얼 및 직원 핸드북 준수 및 시행
• 5 Points Electrical을 전문적으로 대표
• 효과적인 프로젝트 수행을 통해 회사 성장 및 수익성 증대
• 일정 요구사항 충족 및 고객 요구, 자원 상황, 프로젝트 조건 변화에 따라 우선순위 및 마일스톤 조정

To assist with the supervision the successful and profitable completion of projects. This is a critical support position where you will be responsible for assisting with overseeing multiple projects, ensuring that they are completed in time and under budget while maintain high standards of safety and quality.

Reporting Relationship(s): Project Manager

Responsibilities: Supervision of entire projects including Superintendents, Foremen, and Subcontractors.

Workplace: Phoeniz, Arizona

Day to Day Tasks:

Must be bilingual/fluent in Korean language

Conduct meetings with superintendents.

Assign personnel and teams to daily tasks.

Supervise personnel so that everything is done according to 5 Points and government standards and in a professional and proficient manner.

Communicate effectively with project manager regarding status of job.

Manage materials so that products arrive on time, are organized and stored so that none is lost, and are easily accessible so as to keep production high.

Provide superintendents with everything needed to run the project.

Keep abreast of worker performance.

Communicate with GC and other trades regarding project status.

Use technology to improve communication and efficiency.

Handling financial aspects of project.

Perform site visits.

Create Submittals.

Long term planning of project.

Handling change orders.

Quality control inspections.

Enforce 5 Points Safety Handbook and Employee Handbook.

Represent 5 Points Electrical in a professional manner.

Drive growth and profitability through effective project execution.

Ensure schedule requirements are met; adjust priorities and milestones based upon changing customer needs, resource availability, and project requirements.
