Job Title: Logistics Coordinator 

Location: Dalton, GA

Employment Type: Internship / Contract (Eligible for full-time conversion based on performance)

Pay rate: Based on experience and qualifications

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative & Logistics Coordinator to support warehouse operations in Dalton, GA. This role is responsible for SAP/ERP/WMS data management, truck scheduling, documentation verification, inventory support, and customer service.

The ideal candidate will work closely with warehouse managers and internal teams to ensure data accuracy, operational efficiency, and smooth day-to-day workflow. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities

1. SAP/ERP/WMS Data Management

Enter, update, and maintain inventory, shipment, and operational data

Ensure data accuracy and perform adjustments as needed

Generate reports to support warehouse operations

2. Truck Scheduling & Coordination

Check drivers in/out and maintain accurate records

Direct drivers to loading/unloading docks and track activity

3. Documentation Verification

Verify accuracy and completeness of shipping documents

Maintain organized records (BOLs, packing slips, etc.)

4. Inventory & Invoicing Support

Assist with monthly inventory counts and reconciliation

Support invoice preparation based on shipment and inventory data

5. Yard & Trailer Management

Maintain dock/door assignments and yard reports

Coordinate trailer movements and reconcile inbound shipments

6. Customer Service

Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding shipments and inventory

7. Administrative Support

Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and documentation

Support warehouse operations as needed

8. Additional Duties

Assist with special projects and urgent operational needs

Qualifications

Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred)

Bilingual in Korean and English

Basic knowledge of SAP/ERP/WMS or willingness to learn

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Good communication and customer service skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

빠른 환경에서 멀티태스킹 가능

원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 고객 서비스 역량

MS Office 활용 능력 (Excel, Word 등)
