■ 채용분야 : Financial Analyst

■ 직무내용 :
1. Financial Operations & Analysis
• Lead the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and executive leadership
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes across departments
• Perform detailed budget-to-actual and forecast variance analysis, identifying key financial drivers and recommending corrective actions
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure efficient financial operations and support strategic decision-making
• Evaluate operational and financial performance metrics to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost optimization
• Support strategic initiatives through financial feasibility studies, ROI analysis, and business case development
• Assist in improving financial planning and reporting processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls

2. Financial Data Analysis & Reporting
• Analyze large sets of financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting business performance
• Develop complex financial models, scenario analyses, and forecasting tools to support strategic and operational planning
• Prepare executive dashboards, KPI reports, and data visualizations for senior management review
• Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to leadership regarding profitability, cost management, and investment decisions
• Conduct profitability and margin analysis by project, department, and business segment
• Support management with ad hoc financial analysis, special projects, and strategic reporting requests
• Partner cross-functionally with accounting, operations, and department leaders to improve financial transparency and data-driven decision making

■ 자격요건 :
– 재무, 회계, FP&A 또는 관련 분야 경력 3~5년 이내
– 재무/회계/경영학 등 관련 전공 학사 학위 이상
– Microsoft Excel 및 재무 모델링/리포팅 도구 활용 능력 (상급)
– CPA, CMA, CFA 등 관련 자격증 보유자 우대
