Position Overview
The Operations Manager oversees daily operations across warehouse, transportation, inventory, and office functions. This role ensures efficient receiving, handling, and delivery of goods while driving process improvements, cost control, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations and cross-functional coordination
- Lead warehouse and logistics teams to ensure safety and efficiency
- Oversee inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and shipping
- Improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance productivity
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Support accounting tasks such as invoicing and reconciliation
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
- 3–5 years of operations or logistics management experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication (English & Korean required)
- Experience with WMS and systems (e.g., Finale Inventory, Microsoft 365)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Position Details
- Position: Full· Time
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
- Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
