Entry Level & Experienced Behavior Technicians (Buford / Duluth / Suwanee Areas)
ABOUT US Meaningful Milestones ABA, LLC provides comprehensive ABA and Verbal Behavior Analysis (VBA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We are hiring both entry-level and experienced Behavior Technicians to join our team.
We support technicians in earning their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential through close BCBA supervision, and offer practicum hours for those pursuing BCBA certification.
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in early childhood, psychology, special education, social work, or related field
- Experience working with children OR experiences working with children with ASD or related disabilities
Job Duties
- Implement behavioral strategies under BCBA supervision
- Deliver individualized therapy sessions per customized treatment plans
- Teach and reinforce social, communication, and behavioral skills
- Collect data on target behaviors
- Collaborate with BCBAs and multidisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate session documentation and progress notes
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Compensation: $22 – $30/hr (commensurate with experience)
Location: Client's residence / community
Languages: English (required) / Korean (preferred, not required)
Job Type: Part-time (Fee for Service)
Hours (Flexible)
- Mon – Fri: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Sat – Sun: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (subject to client availability)
