We are excited to hire an entry-level Assistant Project Manager to support management of industrial and commercial lighting projects of various complexities.

[01] JOB OVERVIEW

• Company: True LED USA
• Location: HQ Office (Norcross, GA)
• Hiring Position: Assistant Project Manager
• Position Type: Full-time (In-Office)
• Work Hours: 8:00am ~ 5:00pm (1-Hour Lunch Break)
• Legally in the U.S - (OTP, Visa, Green Card, Citizen, etc.) *Potential Sponsorship Opportunities

[02] JOB DESCRIPTION

• Plan, manage and execute all internal and external facets/phases of projects
• Take delivery and manage inventory of all LTL and small parcel deliveries
• Select and quote appropriate lighting solution for new construction and renovation projects
• Procure and allocate resources to ensure timely completion of projects
• Coordinate tasks across multiple projects on different sites to ensure proper delivery
• Communicate with clients to: resolve issues, update project progress, deliver reports, etc
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, construction managers, and other specialists

[03] QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficient in English (Speaking, Writing & Reading)
• Must be able to move pallets w/jack and lighting fixtures (up to 50 lbs)
• Legally eligible to work in the US with a valid driver's license 
• Project Management, Procurement, Sourcing, and/or CRM experience is a plus *Full Training Provided

[04] SALARY & BENEFITS

• Salary: Starting $55,000 *Negotiable dependent on Industry relate work experience
• Vacation, PTO 
• Lunch Provided on Fridays
