지원 자격

• 레스토랑 근무 경험 최소 3년 이상
• 영어 가능자
• Toast POS 사용 경험 우대
• 데스크톱 컴퓨터 사용 가능자
• 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력
• 정리정돈 및 조직력
• 바쁜 환경에서 멀티태스킹 가능자
• 여러 업무와 프로젝트를 동시에 관리할 수 있는 분
• 리더십 마인드와 배우려는 자세

Fast Food Restaurant Operator / Manager Apprentice

General Tso’s Restaurant & Catering is hiring an experienced Restaurant Operator / Manager Apprentice to join our growing Chinese catering, takeout, and delivery operation.

We are looking for someone with strong restaurant experience, good communication skills, and the ability to manage fast-paced daily operations. This position is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a leadership role.

Pay & Benefits
Training pay: $15/hour for the first 4 weeks
Benefits may include 401(k), tips, and growth opportunities

About Us
General Tso’s is a growing Chinese-American catering and food delivery operation. We also believe in giving back to the community and regularly donate food to nonprofits, charities, schools, and local business organizations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant experience
• Must speak English
• Experience with Toast POS preferred
• Comfortable using a desktop computer
• Strong communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Able to manage multiple tasks and projects
• Leadership mindset and willingness to learn
