We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Shuttle Dispatcherto join our team. In this role, you will serve as the central hub of our transportation operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time shuttle services. You will be responsible for real-time monitoring, communicating with drivers, and handling unexpected situations calmly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Real-Time Dispatch & Monitoring:Monitor shuttle locations and schedules using GPS tracking to ensure on-time performance.

• Driver Communication:Maintain constant communication with drivers to provide route updates and instructions.

• ★ Bilingual Customer Service:Professionally handle inquiries, complaints, and requests from bothEnglish-speaking and Korean-speaking passengers/clients.

• Incident Management:Respond swiftly to unexpected disruptions (traffic, breakdowns, accidents) and report incidents in both languages as required.

• Administrative Tracking:Maintain accurate daily logs of shuttle schedules and operational data.

Qualifications

• ★ Language Proficiency (Required):Fluent in both English and Korean (Bilingual).Must be capable of professional verbal and written communication in both languages.

• Communication Skills:Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm, polite, and clear under pressure.

• Experience:[Entry-level welcome / 1–3 years of experience in dispatching, logistics, or customer service preferred].

• Tech-Savviness:Proficiency with GPS tracking systems and basic MS Office (Excel, Word).

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in shuttle operations dealing with clients.

• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

• 실시간 운행 관리 및 배차:GPS 및 관제 시스템을 통한 셔틀 차량 실시간 모니터링 및 정시 운행 조율

• 드라이버 소통 및 관제:운전원들과의 실시간 소통 및 노선 지시

• ★ 글로벌 고객/승객 응대:한국어 및 영어 사용 승객(임직원, 외국인 고객 등)의 문의, 민원, 불편 사항을 양개 국어로 원활하게 접수 및 안내

• 비상 상황 대응:교통 체증, 차량 고장, 사고 등 돌발 상황 발생 시 신속한 대응 및 보고

• 데이터 관리 및 문서화:일일 운행 일지 작성 및 행정 업무 지원

2. 자격 요건 (Qualifications)

• ★ 어학 능력 (필수):한국어와 영어 모두 능숙한 소통이 가능하신 분 (Bilingual)

  • 외국인 승객 응대 및 영어 이메일/메신저 소통이 가능한 수준

• 소통 능력:운전원 및 다양한 국적의 승객과 명확하고 차분하게 소통할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 능력

• 경력:[신입 가능 / 운송·물류·관제 분야 경력 1~3년 이상 우대]

• PC 활용 능력:기본적인 MS Office 및 관제 프로그램 사용 가능자

3. 우대 사항 (Preferred Skills)

• 운송업체 디스페쳐 업무 경험자

• 인근 지역 지리에 밝으신 분

• 때에 따라 주말 업무도 가능하신 분
