Job Overview

We are seeking reliable Production Operators to join our solar panel manufacturing operation in Georgia. Operators run and monitor production equipment, perform material processing and cell & module assembly for solar panels, and help keep the line running safely and to quality standards. We welcome candidates from any industry background who bring solid hands-on manufacturing experience.

Key Responsibilities

•    Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment on the production line.

•    Perform material processing and cell & module assembly tasks.

•    Conduct in-process quality checks and report deviations.

•    Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in line with EHS standards.

•    Record production data and complete shift handover documentation.

•    Support routine equipment care and minor troubleshooting.

•    Perform other related production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

•    Minimum3 yearsof experience in manufacturing or production (any industry).

•    Legally authorized to work in the U.S. —OPT not accepted.

•    Willing to work on-site in Georgia, including shift and night work.

•    Able to stand for extended periods and handle the physical demands of a production floor.

•    Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

•    Team-oriented with reliable attendance and a strong safety mindset.

Compensation:$30+ per hour (set by experience; night-shift premium +$1/hr).
