Salary: $65,000 ~ $90,000 / year (Negotiable)

주요 업무:
• 전표(Journal Entry) 작성 및 전기, 총계정원장(General Ledger) 관리
• 월말 및 연말 결산 업무 지원
• 계정 대사 수행 (은행, 재고, 재무상태표 계정 등)
• 매입채무(AP) 및 매출채권(AR) 관리
• 원자재, 인건비, 간접비 등 제조 원가 모니터링 및 분석
• 재고 회계, 실사(Cycle Count), 재고 대사 지원
• 재무제표 및 경영 보고서 작성 지원
• 예산 수립 및 재무 예측(Forecasting) 지원
• GAAP 및 내부 통제, 회사 정책 준수
• 내부 및 외부 감사 대응 지원
• 운영 및 생산팀과 협업하여 재무 데이터의 정확성 및 보고 개선

자격 요건:
• 회계 경력 1~5년
• GAAP 및 일반 회계 원칙에 대한 이해
• ERP 시스템(SAP, NetSuite, Oracle 등) 사용 경험
• Microsoft Excel 활용 능력 우수자
• 뛰어난 분석력, 조직력 및 커뮤니케이션 능력

우대 사항:
• 회계학 학사 학위 소지자 우대
• 제조업 또는 원가 회계 경험
• 재고 회계 또는 표준 원가(Standard Costing) 경험
• 제조 환경에서 사용되는 ERP 시스템에 대한 이해

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain the general ledger
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Perform account reconciliations, including bank, inventory, and balance sheet accounts
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions
• Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, including materials, labor, and overhead
• Support inventory accounting, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations
• Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Collaborate with operations and production teams to improve financial accuracy and reporting

Requirements/Qualifications:
• 1–5 years of accounting experience
• Understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar)
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred
• Experience in manufacturing or cost accounting
• Experience with inventory accounting or standard costing
• Knowledge of ERP systems used in manufacturing environments
