Job Requirements

 Strong interpersonal communication skill
 Minimum 2 years’ experience in CSR level position in the banking field
 Answer client questions and resolve issues
 Sharp problem solver
 Adaptive team player
 Cross sell bank products
 Bank regulation knowledge
 Process necessary paperwork

Fluency in English or bilingual in Korean/English is preferred
