The Opportunity

Ford and SK On are investing billions in Kentucky and Tennessee including building three state-of-the art battery manufacturing facilities between the two campuses at BlueOval City in Tennessee and BlueOval SK Battery Park in Kentucky. These brand-new advanced manufacturing facilities will use Ford’s 100-years of automobile manufacturing expertise and SK On’s 30+ years of electric vehicle battery expertise to become the world’s best battery manufacturer.

The Position

This role will be responsible for:

Perform day-to-day administrative duties as required for the CEO and other executives as needed
Maintain Calendar(s)
Process Travel Requests as appropriate
Coordinate Materials for Business Meetings
Translate notes as needed

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

Must possess good interpersonal skills and communication skills
Demonstrated dependability
Experience in administrative/office position
Fluent in English and Korean with the ability to translate either language as needed
3+ year experience in Microsoft Office suite Products (Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
3+ years experience in administrative role supporting Executives
Bachelors Degree


Additional Information:
Travel may be required.
Employment for this position will be through the joint venture.
