Knoxville, TN 근처에 위치한 $350M 정도 규모의 회사에서 아래와 같이 정규직 신입 Accounting Specialist를 채용하고 있습니다.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintains parts files; creates a new bill of material and updates finished good parts file.
- Assist with the budget process.
- Assist with the management of Accounts Payable.
- Balance sheet accounts reconciliation.
- Assists with Government reports, taxes, insurance, capital requests, and other special projects.
- Perform analytical review of financial results and understand factors driving variance.
- Calculates and reports sales tax based on paid invoices
- Reconciles bank accounts and customer accounts
- Verifies payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensures payments are charged to the appropriate accounts.
- Provides outside auditors with assistance; gathers necessary account information and documents to perform an annual audit
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Math or a related field
– Bilingual in Korean and English
- SAP experience preferred
