1. Job Description
Job Title:  OEM Account Manager

SUMMARY
Hyundai Electric, a leading electrical equipment manufacturer and energy solution provider, is recruiting for the position of OEM Account Manager.
The OEM Account Manager will be responsible for the sales and servicing of outside accounts and distributors for new and existing relationships in their sales market. This is an outside sales position that requires an aggressive self-starter with the ability to take charge of and grow a large geographic territory.
The OEM Account Manager is an associate-mid level sales position who serves as the primary relationship owner for an assigned group of client accounts in North America with responsibility for retention and growth. Ensure clients derive maximum value from our products and services. Prepare implementation plans and lead client on-boarding; present content strategy and annual plan. Work closely with clients to identify needs including product approvals, and consult on best practices for solutions and setup.
This position serves as the primary representative contact for OEM clients in North America and is responsible for client satisfaction, including some strategic planning responsibilities. This position is expected to consistently provide excellent customer support and leadership to accounts, as well as represent company goals within the organization to ensure quality.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Including the following.  Other duties may be assigned.
• Provide direct contact with clients and distributors
• Construct and deliver sales process and strategy that focuses on achieving goals and objectives of the client
• Consistently manage and achieve sales quota
• Lead generation, client calls, and social media outreach to develop new business prospects
• Increase sales volume within existing business through account penetration and secures new business through new clients. 
• Ensure customer satisfaction and customer retention through consistent, productive account calls
• Be responsible for up selling programs, services, and value-added products into current customer base
• Represent the company by consistently demonstrating the understanding and modeling of company’s mission and values
• Stay abreast of and learns about all new technical applications, products, programs, and services available to customers in the territory and for applying or utilizing them whenever appropriate or timely.
• Align the overall corporate solution to the customer’s business needs, challenges, and technical requirements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills: writing, editing and presenting
• Build and maintain a consistently strong pipeline
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Live in the Atlanta metro area reporting regularly to the Norcross, GA home office. Relocation package to the Atlanta area can be provided.
• Minimum 5+ years experience in industrial product outside sales is a plus.
• Ability and experience selling to top decision maker and manager levels within an organization 
• Effective problem solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and relationship skills
• Organization and time management skills
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned annual/quarterly goals and targets
• Attentive to required forecasting and business reporting responsibilities
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products. Especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and CRM reporting. 
• 50+% Overnight travel is required.
• Demonstrated record of customer success and strong work ethic.
• Experience working with Asian companies and culture is desired. 
• Bi-lingual ability to understand/use English and Korean is a plus.   
• Must possess valid driver’s license and proof of acceptable automobile coverage for personal vehicle
