Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Loan Processing Officer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing loan applications, assessing creditworthiness,
and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Review loan applications and determine eligibility based on creditworthiness, income, and other factors.
- Process loan applications and ensure accuracy of all documentation
- Communicate with applicants to obtain additional information or clarification as needed
- Analyze financial statements and credit reports to determine loan risk
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
- Coordinate with other departments as needed to complete loan processing
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in lending, banking, or finance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and polices
- Fluency in English
