[Underwriter I & II: Job Overview]

Evaluating credit data and financial statements in order to determine the degree of risk level of SBA and commercial loan.

 Prepare financial spreads and various credit related memos
 Prepare credit memos as needed
 Request required documentation, financials, etc. from the borrower and guarantors of the new/renewal loan request
 Complete Adverse Action Notices, SBA packages and other related memos.
 Order appraisals, environmental reports, flood search, UCC searches, etc.
 Prepare credit files for new loans

[Requirements/Qualifications]

 Bachelors or Associates Degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance
 Prior related experience in the banking field is a plus
 Basic Computer proficiency
 Excel proficiency
 Fluency in the English language
 Bi-lingual in Korean, Chinese, or Vietnamese is a plus
 Excellent written and oral communication skills required
 Excellent presentation skills required

Must be fluent in English or bi-lingual in Korean/English is preferred

[Loan Officer Trainee: Job Overview]

The duties will include assisting the Loan Officer(s) by setting up and maintaining loan files organized,
taking applications when directed to do so, returning phone calls and seeking signatures on documents where applicable,
and preparing files to be submitted for processing. This person will provide preliminary research on the property,
credit and occasionally order other documentations and appraisals when appropriate.
Furthermore, he/she will continuously monitor the status of applications and stay in constant contact with
others involved in the application process to ensure that files are moving through the approval process and closing in a timely fashion.

[Requirements/Qualifications]

 Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or economics preferred
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
 Strong Oral and written Communication Skills
 Professionalism - Approaches others in a tactful manner; Reacts well under pressure; Treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position; Accepts responsibility for own actions; Follows through on commitments.

Must be fluent in English or bi-lingual in Korean/English is preferred

[Branch Supervisor: Job Overview]

The position assists the Branch Manager with the overall day to day operations of the deposit area
of the bank and customer account service activity at the branch; develop customer
relationships through service and assist branch to develop new deposit relationships. The position
is responsible for containing deposit, check, and ATM/debit fraud through the use of automation
and monitoring programs. Assists customers with identity theft recovery. Reconciles settlement
and clearing accounts.

[Requirements/Qualifications]

 High school diploma or equivalent
 Minimum of 3 years banking experience
 Previous teller experience is a must
 Product knowledge
 Bank regulation knowledge
 Effective verbal and written communication skills

Must be fluent in English or bi-lingual in Korean/English is preferred
