Seeking night shift production manager

▪ Qualification
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S
- Manufacturing experience at least 4 years
- Korean & English bilingual (read & wright)
- English resume required

▪ Responsibilities
- Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, all Company policies, and procedures in a professional manner.

- Maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.

- Administers Safety on the production shift level; including, but not limited to, conducting safety training, shift meetings, inspections, reporting, incident investigation, and follow-up.
- Completes accurate and timely reports and paperwork including any documents generated during the shift.

- Recommends alterations and redesign of equipment through use of root cause analysis as they become either obsolete, or in need of alteration or redesign.

- Directs, supervises, and develops personnel to meet or exceed goals and objectives such as production output, scrap rates, material utilization, and regrind usage. Also recommends promotions, demotions and disciplinary action of subordinates.

- Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.

- Directs, supervises, and develops the personnel within his responsibility with regard to the quality of the product to Homelands standards, to include testing and record keeping.

- Any other duties assigned by their immediate department manager.

▪ Job Type: 12 Hour shift ( 1 hour lunch time)
