Hello,

We are a freight brokerage company looking for a new team member as a logistics coordinator for the West Coast handling day to day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with trucker to ensure prompt and proper movement of containers
• Providing and responding to customer inquiries and updates in a timely manner
• Reviewing Delivery Orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
• Making Special shipping arrangements as necessary
• Tracking and fixing shipping errors
• Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required high standards

Qualifications:

• Effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication
• Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent customer service and client relations skills
• Keep organization and time management skills
• Good collaboration and team work abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to us Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Google Sheets

Remarks:

• Monday through Friday 10 AM – 7 PM
• No weekend work
• Perks available at the office break room
• Health/Dental/Vision Insurance
• Minimum salary start is $48,000/Year + Bonus
