1. 모집분야 : 사무직

Job function:

· Administrative Support: Assist with daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, and record-keeping.

· Facilities Management: Oversee maintenance and repairs, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

· Supply Management: Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment, ordering as needed.

· Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events and meetings, handling logistics and arrangements.

· Document Management: Maintain and organize company records and documentation.

Qualification/skills:

· Korean Preferred (verbally and written). ( 한국어 / 영어 사용 가능자 )

· MS office (Required).

· High school diploma or equivalent and college degree in a relevant field is preferred.

· Proven experience in administrative or general affairs roles is preferred.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

· Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

· Excellent interpersonal/customer service skills.
