1. 모집분야 : 생산 관리자
Job function:
Roles and Responsibilities:
•responsible for improving the manufacturing process, quality, methods, safety, environment, flexibility, and optimizing reliable manufacturing processes relating to new and existing products.
•Ability to lead and operate a production line.
•Deliver results by setting goals and tracking with key performance indicators.
•Participate in new product launches and assist and/or establish a new part processes and parameters
•Support other departments by collecting, analyzing, and presenting data necessary for decision-making.
•Schedule and monitor Process Technician activity.
Assist in developing capital plans.
Drive operations/maintenance reliability effort.
Provide crews with needed equipment and training resources and provide guidance to foster individual growth.
Audit crews to ensure they are working safely, following safety requirements, and are able to identify potential hazards. Confront and correct safety
hazards and unsafe acts in an appropriate and timely way.
Assign scheduled work and oversee the day-to-day direction or personnel relative to job safety, quality, and workmanship. Develop individual
accountability for job completion and timeliness.
•Responsible for working with the Engineering and Quality departments to ensure compliance with the change management process
Skills For Your Success
Korean Preferred (verbally and written) ( 한국어 / 영어 사용가능자 )
Process engineering experience required, with a degree in Science Major such as Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Mechanical engineering preferred
Minimum required three years experience in the manufacturing process.
Good written and verbal communication skills as well as teamwork skills
Knowledge of MS Office
The flexibility to work additional hours during the week, on weekends, or outside of regular office hours as needed
