1. Job Summary:
We are looking for a sincere and meticulous accountant to join our team. Candidates must be able to perform their responsibilities to manage evidence-based accounting information based on their understanding of accounting, tax, and finance. In addition, it is the right person to respond to Accounting Closing, internal reporting and external audits, and to contribute to the preparation of reliable company financial statements.

3. Responsibilities
• Accounting documents approval and evidence management.
• Monthly, quarterly and period end closing and book verification.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and period-end account statements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and period-end financial statements.
• Settlement of suspense receipts and suspense payments.
• Approving Customer and Vendor Registration.
• Checking the billing details of the head office and entering a slip.
• Registration, disposal and depreciation of fixed assets.
• Inventories in-out book verification, settlement of goods in transit.
• Budgeting, execution and approval of current expenses.
• Preparation of aging analysis report for A/R and A/P.
• Conducting financial reporting to management.
• General assistance for other accounting closing.

4. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business related required.
• Must be familiar and have practical experience with MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, and other applicable software.
• Complex problem-solving skills required.
• Detail oriented and organizational skills required.
• Effective communication.

5. Preferential treatment:
• Experience in accounting practice in the ordering industry or engineering services company.
• Person with experience in using ERP (SAP)
• Accounting qualifiers such as AICPA
• K-Sox or US-Sox-related work experience

8. Additional Information

90-DAY TRIAL PERIOD: A 90-day evaluation period will be in effect from the date of hire for both company and employee evaluation. During this time, the company will provide all necessary support and training to help the employee reach mutually agreed-upon performance metrics. Continuation of employment may or may not be determined based on achieved metrics.
