Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the performance of office employees, and regional managers, setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and supporting their professional development.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
Work closely with store managers and sales teams to communicate inventory-related updates, promotions, and best practices.
Manage the recruitment process by posting new job positions on various hiring platforms and websites, ensuring a broad reach and attracting qualified candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with qualified applicants, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process for both candidates and interviewers.
Actively participate in meetings with external companies, contributing to discussions on new store openings, potential partnerships, and other growth initiatives.
Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to maximize profit and minimize loss
Oversee the timely and accurate replenishment of inventory across multiple store locations and online platforms.
Monitor inventory turnover rates and implement measures to improve inventory efficiency and reduce carrying costs.
Analyze sales trends, customer preferences, and market data to identify opportunities for product assortment optimization.
Travel, including out of state, to various store locations for inventory and operations management purposes, ensuring efficient stock levels, implementing operational strategies, and overseeing the execution of retail operations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related field.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Proven experience in retail operations management, preferably in the fashion industry.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Solid understanding of retail KPIs and the ability to analyze and interpret data to drive business results.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and practices.
Ability to effectively handle and resolve customer complaints or escalations.
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
