Position Summary/Essential Function
Maintain ongoing maintenance schedules for service accounts
Review and approve all replacement requests.
Organize, coordinate and schedule all scheduled maintenance, replacement, and service work orders.
Establish an inspection plan for each Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly.
Creating and submitting weekly, and monthly reports.
Always find job improvement details and submit improvement results to the Client
Duties and Responsibilities
Assign tasks to workers based on job requirements specified by the contract or special assignments requested.
Perform daily/weekly/monthly quality control inspections.
Understand and use proper personnel management skills to resolve problems.
Determines materials, supplies, and equipment needs.
Building and maintaining relationships and communication with clients.
Manage the contract between company to company.
Preferred Experience
3 years of experience
Software and/or Specialty Requirement
MS Office (Word/ Excel/PowerPoint)
• Pay is negotiable depending on the experience*
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
