Job Description for Bookkeeper / Office Assistant

 Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department;
 Enter key data of financial transactions in the database on a daily basis;
 Communicate with recruiting contractors and verify the payment details;
 Reconcile bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements;
 Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records;
 Reconciles bank statements with the general ledger;
 Protect the Employer's value by keeping information confidential;
 Abide by all state and federal laws. Employee further agrees to obey such standards, policies, rules and regulations as may be put in force, from time to time, by appropriate lawful actions of the Employer. Employee acknowledges that he/she understands such policies, and that he/she agrees to be bound by the terms of such policies. Employee further agrees to execute and subscribe to such oath or affirmation of allegiance to the Governments and Constitutions of the United States and each applicable state as may be required or permitted by law.  Adhere to all copyright laws concerning the reproduction of materials and will be responsible for any infringement(s);
 Communicate with outside organizations and various Employer departments to coordinate activities, exchange information, resolve issues or concerns, and provide assistance; and
 Ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Half-time

Salary: Half-time position  - Starting at $30 per hour

Physical setting:
* 4 hour Morning Shift
* Monday to Friday

Education: Associate Degree or higher degree preferred

Skills:
* Must Have: Bookkeeping, Accounting software
* Nice to Have: Accounting, Customer service, Administrative experience

Language:
* Must have high proficiency in English - 영어 소통 가능하신 분
* Nice to have high proficiency in Korean and/or other languages

Work Location: In person in Duluth, GA
